About the estate:
A committed winemaker, Philippe Porché has converted his 16 hectares in the clay-limestone area of Parnay, on the hillside where rainfall is among the lowest in the region, to organic farming. Over the years, the estate has progressed: the reds range from supple on the palate (Le Page cuvée) to deeper, aristocratic tannins (Le Prince and Le Roy). The whites alternate between the slippery (La Jouvencelle) and the chiseled (Clos de la Thibaudière and its well-located plot on the Brézé hill). Created in 2005 by Philippe Porché, this estate covers 17 hectares that have been certified organic since 2019. The châteaux of the Loire Valley inspired the owner, who named his vintages Le Roi, Le Prince, Le Fou du Roi, La Dame, Le Page, and so on.

I tasted it today with real pleasure. I don't have the expertise to give a reasoned critical review, but I like wine and this one in particular. If I don't get a free bottle for all that, it's enough to make you despair of impartial criticism.
