Domaine de Juchepie
During a stay in France in 1985, Eddy and Mileine Oosterlinck-Bracke discovered a longère nestled at the top of a hillside planted with old vines. They fell in love with Juchepie , but the Belgian couple had not yet decided to make it their business. The house had no suitable infrastructure for vineyard operations, but their passion for wine quickly led them to a reconversion.
For 15 years, the couple restructured and developed Domaine de Juchepie . In October 2001, at the age of 50, Eddy Oosterlinck-Bracke gave up his hardware business in Belgium to become a winemaker in France.
Today, Domaine de Juchepie boasts 8 hectares, half of which are old vines, all cultivated biodynamically.
