Hachette Wine Guide

Guide Hachette des vins

Wine rated (2025 guide) 2* Stars (Outstanding wine)

Rated estate (2024 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer’s wines regularly receive awards from the guide)

About the wine:

This blend is made from equal parts Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, offering an intensely aromatic bouquet of flowers and white fruits. The fruit’s intensity remains undiminished on the palate, which is full-bodied, round, and fresh all at once, with impeccable balance.

About the estate:

After gaining experience in South Africa, Jean-Marie Gazeau joined his father Michel in 2005 at the family estate (53 hectares). Their wines are regularly featured in the Guide, representing various appellations in Anjou and spanning all three wine types. A sure bet.
