Intense, brilliant golden yellow color

Very beautiful complexity, with notes of white fruit and English candy, followed by notes of dried fruit and fresh almonds, with a delicate hint of curry.
Mouth
Lively attack, beautiful minerality, slightly tannic sensation reinforcing the structure and freshness, toasted and spicy notes on the finish.

About the estate:
Under the leadership of Juliette d'Assay, Tracy is an emblem of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Overlooking the Loire River, its vineyard is dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate's specialty. The different types of soil, ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone, allow for the production of several cuvées imbued with these terroirs and just as many sure values that never disappoint. Everything is progressing and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.
