Domaine Brégeon

This Muscadet estate, well known to wine-lovers and brought to life by Michel Brégeon, is now in the hands of the talented Fred Lailler, also from Cru Gorges. Now back in the region, he brings his experience and a fresh perspective to the 10-hectare estate he took over in 2011. In transition to organic farming, Domaine Brégeon 's vineyards are a true natural heritage. The Melon de Bourgogne, Folle Blanche and Egiodola vines have an average age of 65 years and are rooted in gabbro soil at Gorges and granite at Clisson. Yields are limited to leave a clear mark on this magnificent terroir, and to produce gastronomic and ageing wines that are even capable of evolving towards a Chablis style.
