Domaine Brégeon

This Muscadet estate, well-known among wine enthusiasts and formerly led by Michel Brégeon, is now in the hands of the talented Fred Lailler, who also hails from Cru Gorges. Having returned to the region, he brings his experience and a fresh perspective to this 10-hectare estate, which he took over in 2011. Currently transitioning to organic farming, the Brégeon estate’s vineyards represent a true natural heritage. The Melon de Bourgogne, Folle Blanche, and Egiodola vines have an average age of 65 years and are rooted in gabbro soil in Gorges and granite soil in Clisson. Yields are limited to ensure this magnificent terroir leaves a distinct mark and to produce gastronomic, age-worthy wines capable of evolving into a Chablis-style profile.
