Haute Tradition is the perfect result of the combination of quartz-rich soil, the Melon de Bourgogne grape, and a dedicated winemaker. After nearly a year of aging on the lees, this cuvée offers body and balance, with a lively attack. It would benefit from aging a bit longer in the cellar to reveal smoky and spicy notes.

Sourced from a plot of undulating orthogneiss and quartz, Le Fief du Breil embodies a luminous expression of umami flavor, shaped by its 36-month aging.
