Bright golden yellow color with silvery highlights
Nose
Intense and complex, with notes of boxwood, blackcurrant buds, and sweet almonds. Upon opening, more fruity notes of fresh citrus emerge, followed by candied orange, green pepper, and basil after aeration.
Mouth
Fresh attack with beautiful precision and balance, an aromatic palette of rare complexity (grapefruit, lime, yuzu, bergamot...), leading to an incredible, salty finish.

There is the richness of the vintage with just the right amount of tension behind it, with hints of yellow fruit. The palate has density and energy; it is a real success and is beginning to express itself well.
About the estate:
Under the leadership of Juliette d'Assay, Tracy is an emblem of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Overlooking the Loire River, its vineyard is dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate's specialty. The different types of soil, ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone, allow for the production of several cuvées imbued with these terroirs and just as many sure values that never disappoint. Everything is progressing and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.
