Domaine du Tremblay
Domaine du Tremblay is one of the estates owned by Chantal Wilk and Jean Tatin, both agricultural engineers. They created their estates twenty years ago during a period of restructuring and renewal of the Quincy AOC. Maroussia, their youngest daughter aged 25, joined them in 2010.

Domaine du Tremblay, an old Berry estate dating back to the Middle Ages as the fiefdom of an equerry of Duke Jean de Berry, has revived its winegrowing tradition with nearly 9 hectares of vines in Brinay and Quincy. Old vines account for nearly half of the estate. The vineyard is managed using integrated viticulture methods, based on regular observation of the vines during the growing season. In this way, phytosanitary protection is adapted to the probable risks and diseases associated with the year's climate.

Domaine du Tremblay wines, located in the Quincy appellation, are vinified in Brinay in the old château farmhouse, at the Cave Romane, which combines tradition and modernity. Well-equipped with pneumatic presses, temperature-controlled vats and air-conditioned storage, the Cave Romane has been producing quality wines since 1994.
