In 1992, Jean-Sylvain Guillemain started his business by buying 1 hectare of vineyards in Lury-Sur Arnon, in the Cher department. Today, he farms 4 hectares, helped by his two daughters, Aline and Lucie.
The Guillemain estate's vineyard is planted on Kimmeridgian marl and small rounded pebbles. The wines produced are classified as Reuilly appellation and include Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon.
