“The full richness of Pinot Noir”

“Still holding back, this Reuilly reveals lovely notes of jammy fruit (cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant) on the nose, complemented by a subtle vegetal nuance. On the palate, it captivates with its full-bodied character and its tannins, which are both silky and firm. A little more patience is needed before serving it with a fine cut of beef.” (Le Guide Hachette 2025).

About the wine:

Still somewhat reserved, this Reuilly reveals lovely notes of jammy fruit (cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant) on the nose, complemented by a subtle vegetal nuance. On the palate, it captivates with its full-bodied character and its tannins, which are both silky and firm. It will benefit from a little more aging before being served with a fine cut of beef.

About the estate:

Jean-Sylvain Guillemain established his vineyard in 1992 by purchasing 1 hectare of vines from a retiring winemaker. Twenty years later, he was joined by his two daughters, Aline and Lucie. Their vineyard covers nearly 3 hectares in the Reuilly appellation.
