Domaine Vincent Pinard, located in Bué, is a centuries-old family-owned estate that ranks among the best in the appellation.

In the heart of the Sancerre region, on the hills of Bué, the vineyards of Domaine Vincent Pinard cover 17 hectares of limestone and clay-limestone soils. Prioritizing organic farming practices, Domaine Vincent Pinard has always banned the use of any chemical treatments. Much of the work in the vineyard is done by hand, as is the harvest, resulting in low yields. Guided by principles of minimal intervention, winemaking is carried out very naturally, with great expertise. For the past year, the vineyard has been managed using biodynamic methods.
