Domaine Vincent Pinard, located in Bué, is a centuries-old family-owned estate that ranks among the best in the appellation.

In the heart of the Sancerre region, on the hills of Bué, the Domaine Vincent Pinard vineyard spans 17 hectares of limestone and clay-limestone terroirs. Prioritizing organic-oriented farming practices, Domaine Vincent Pinard has always strictly avoided the use of any chemical treatments whatsoever. Much of the work in the vineyard is done by hand, as is the harvest, resulting in low yields. Guided by principles of minimal intervention, winemaking is carried out in a very natural way, with great expertise. For the past year, the vineyard has been managed using biodynamic methods.
