Eric Bordelet

Eric Bordelet, trained as a sommelier, has been a "Pomologue et Poirologue" since 1992. He tends a 19-hectare orchard on the schistose and granite Armorican Massif in southern Normandy. The trees, ranging in age from 40 to 100 years (some even 300), produce some 60 different varieties of apples and pears.

The orchard is also tended in the most natural way, in accordance with biodynamic principles. Harvesting is manual and selective, depending on the ripeness of the fruit and the variety. A raw material of exceptional quality that enables Eric Bordelet to produce "Haute Couture" ciders and Poirés, typical and authentic.
