"A wine perfect for the table—excellent!"

“L’Argelette” (a name given by the elders) refers to the schist pebbles that form the foundation of the orchard. A “Grand Cru” cuvée made from old trees and composed of as many varieties as possible. The fruits are blended in the same way each year: 40% bitter, 40% sweet, and 20% tart, with a focus on respecting the vintage. A complex, wine-like cider with good aging potential thanks to its balance of body, acidity, roundness, fullness, and minerality.
