“A haute couture pear brandy, impressively refined!”

Poiré Granit takes its name from the granite rock where the pear tree’s roots plunge into the granite fissures. The pear tree’s deep root system leaves its mark in the form of a beautiful minerality. This characteristic is even more pronounced in this cuvée, which comes from trees that are 200 to 300 years old. A blend of as many varieties as possible, in equal quantities each year, to capture the flavors of the vintage.

An original alternative to cider, with a bit more bite, that pairs well with the slightly sweet meat of a roasted guinea fowl. Or, of course, excellent as an aperitif.
