Le Poiré Granit takes its name from the granite rock into which the pear tree’s roots plunge. The pear tree’s deep root system gives the wine its minerality. This characteristic is particularly pronounced in this cuvée, which comes from trees that are 200 to 300 years old. A lovely bottle, full of freshness and fruit. The pear notes pair perfectly with a pleasantly light, slightly mineral effervescence. Perfect with a brioche.
