Quinta Do Infantado

The Quinta Do Infantado estate was founded in 1816 by King Pedro VI. A "Quinta" (estate) that has been in the hands of the Roseiras de Covas Douro family for over a century, it is located in the heart of the Douro Valley, on its right bank in the Gontelho region.

The Quinta Do Infantado estate produces authentic producer’s Port wines from 46 hectares of Class A vineyards within the D.O.C. Porto region, which receive the finest care. At Quinta Do Infantado, winemaking follows the purest tradition (including foot treading) in modern cellars, resulting in less sweet Port wines. Authentic DOC Porto wines of terroir.
