Médaille d'Or

Concours Paris

The classic Provençal grape varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle) give this rosé a lovely pale color with salmon-pink hues and a charming, delicate bouquet. The palate is round and fresh, with a lovely liveliness and citrus notes. The perfect companion for aperitifs and Mediterranean cuisine!

About the estate:

Acquired in 2003 and revitalized by Jean-Paul and Nancy Bignon—who also own Château Talbot, a Saint-Julien cru classé in the Médoc—this 26-hectare vineyard benefits from a prime clay-limestone terroir at an elevation of 380 meters, at the foot of the Bessillon. Two labels are produced here: Dom. Saint Andrieu, a Côtes-de-Provence wine, and Oratoire Saint-Andrieu, a Coteaux-Varois wine, not to mention olive oil production.
