A blend of tradition and modernity, this cuvée is a blend of the most common grape variety in Provence, Semillon, from the 60-year-old vines kept by the estate, and Rolle, the white grape variety that has taken its place in the region. A cuvée filled with aromas of candied fruit (lemon, pear), white flowers, fresh herbs and mild spices, carried by a beautiful harmony on the palate, with a nice fatness, supported by a beautiful underlying freshness. A fine tribute to the two representative grape varieties of white Côtes de Provence.
