Domaine Garde Temps

Domaine Garde Temps, located in Provence, is owned by the wine merchant Tardieu-Laurent. Dominique Laurent oversees the winemaking process for the wines sold under the estate’s label, while Michel Tardieu—a connoisseur of the Rhône Valley and a lover of authentic, characterful wines—travels throughout the Rhône vineyards in search of the finest grapes.

Today, Michel Tardieu is solely in charge of the wine merchant business, and he has patiently and steadily built relationships of trust with many of the most remarkable winemakers in each appellation. As a result, particular attention is paid to the quality of the grapes, which are produced with total respect for the terroirs and in harmony with the vines. Among the estates he manages is Domaine Garde Temps, in the Côtes de Provence appellation, which bears the name of the very first complication watches called "Garde Temps" and belongs to a Swiss watchmaker. The rosé from Domaine Garde Temps, made from old vines over 50 years old, is produced above all for the refreshing moment of pleasure it provides.
