"A Rosé named desire"! It looks stunning in its chic, trendy packaging and adorned with its incredibly charming pale pink pearlescent shell. It has a lovely, pure nose with tart notes and hints of Gala apple. On the palate, it reveals a strong, bold elegance and sobriety that perfectly combines sweetness, freshness, and mouthwatering vitality in perfect harmony, coated with subtle flavors of pink grapefruit and red and white fruits, punctuated with floral notes and enhanced with a hint of saltiness, which completes the structure and highlights the delicate finish. Dense and smooth, this beautiful gastronomic rosé was brilliantly served at 10°C to accompany a tasty Mediterranean rockfish soup, followed by mouthwatering scorpion fish fillets cooked on a few drops of olive oil à la plancha and served on a bed of red pepper coulis. Rating: 4.5.

An excellent rosé, very well made, with excellent structure. A wine to be enjoyed with a tasty summer dish; too strong for my taste to drink as an aperitif or with a dish that is too light in flavor.
