Made exclusively from grapes grown on the estate’s three plots, the Rose et Or cuvée embodies the elegance and delicacy of Provence rosés. The palate opens generously, at once rounded and crystalline. It reveals aromas of ripe fruit, ranging from vine peach to pear and pink melon. Serve with seafood, grilled Madagascar shrimp, or the classic bouillabaisse!

About the wine:

A very pale shell-pink color. A subtle nose of grapefruit and strawberry, where the floral notes almost outweigh the fruity ones. Hints of satin, satsuma, and stone. An enticing minerality and acidity that remind me of the chalky, tangy flavor of baobab fruit. A silky texture with great fluidity. True finesse. Long and elegant; understated to the point of being almost discreet, yet remaining firmly on the right side of the line. White pepper on the finish. (TC)
