Château Revelette
Château Revelette is located in the heart of Provence, in the town of Jouques, nestled in the shadow of Sainte Victoire. Château Revelette is a winery owned by Peter Fischer, whose sole mission is to make authentic wine.
The Château Revelette vineyard spans 24 hectares of vines divided into 12 plots and 9 grape varieties. The entire estate is cultivated using ECOCERT-certified organic farming methods: plowing, grass cover, natural inputs… The grapes are harvested by hand, and best practices are applied in the cellar to produce expressive and authentic wines within the AOC Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and Vin de Pays des Bouches-du-Rhône appellations.
