About the estate:
The 35 hectares of vineyards, all facing southwest, are located on the plain at the foot of the northern slope of the Alpilles, in a corridor where the mistral is particularly strong. These winds thus protect the vines from frost and guard them against disease. The estate has just been acquired by Fiducial and will certainly undergo changes in future vintages.

About the estate:
This pioneering estate in organic viticulture (“bio-active” since 1970) was founded in 1968 by Noël Michelin. Run by the Parmentier-Jolly family since 2007, it changed hands in 2012 when it was purchased by Laurent Hild, an industrialist from Alsace. Hild has maintained this focus on a 40-hectare vineyard. The estate is regularly recognized for its Baux-de-Provence wines, in all three colors.
