Château de Ruth - Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Emile 2010
89/100
Robert Parker
Notes: Robert Parker 89/100, Gold Medal at the Orange Wine Competition
“Still tight and compact, the 2010 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Emile displays notes of toast, cedar, and dark spices, and gains richness and fruitiness with aeration. Medium-bodied to full-bodied, it is a rich and well-concentrated wine on the palate, with fine tannins providing a lovely length on the finish. It needs 2 to 3 years of bottle aging and should drink well through 2022. ” (Wine Advocate Oct. 2013 – Robert Parker). Certainly one of the best values in Châteauneuf-du-Pape!
