About the estate:
This long-established Châteauneuf family’s vineyard is divided into numerous plots located in various sub-regions of the appellation, from La Crau to Cabrières, including Courthézon. Grenache makes up the majority of the blend, though its proportion is slightly lower in the reserve cuvée.

About the estate:
The Sabons are among the oldest families in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. But each generation is different from the last: in the past, the estate’s wines were made from whole-cluster harvests; today, they are partially destemmed. Striking a balance between classicism and modernity, the wines give pride of place to Grenache. The entire range displays surprising consistency, focused on achieving great ripeness. Here, the greater the wine, the more refined it must be—and all with great naturalness.
