"Since 2006, this estate has been owned by the Cazes family (of Château Lynch-Bages in Pauillac), and the wines seem to be improving in quality with each passing year. The 2015 Châteauneuf-du-Pape is full-bodied and supple. About the estate:

This very old estate, with an excellent location and soils composed of pebbles, clay, and safre, was taken over in 2006 by the Cazes family, owners of, among others, Lynch-Bages in Pauillac. Only one cuvée is produced for both white and red wines, and the most recent vintages are undeniably well-crafted, in a classic style that is gradually asserting its own personality.
