"A white wine with a subtle sweetness"
This exquisite white wine, made from Grenache (60%), Rolle (30%) and Roussanne grapes, immediately enchants with its silvery pale color and delicate aromas of lily of the valley, orange blossom and citrus zest. The charm continues with a supple, fresh palate, offering great aromatic clarity, with notes of white flowers, kaffir lime and pomelo, concluding with a delightful buttery touch. Perfectly balanced, very fresh and complex, this wine makes a grand entrance into the Guide." (Le Guide Hachette 2026)

About the estate:
Overlooking the Petite Camargue and its ponds, this 30-hectare vineyard surrounds a 17th-century sheepfold renovated by the former owners. Jean-Pierre and Virginie Ferraud moved there in 2021, modernizing the cellar, diversifying the grape varieties with Sangiovese, Separavi, and Sauvignon, and beginning the conversion of the vineyards to organic farming (now complete).
