"Handmade and already a lot of fun"

“Crafted from the estate’s oldest vines, this exemplary Costières underwent twelve months of meticulous aging in barrels, large oak casks, and stoneware jars. It has inherited a shimmering, deep, brilliant ruby color and an exhilarating bouquet of violets, wild berries, sweet spices, and caramelized almonds. This refinement gains even more intensity on the palate, which is fresh, velvety, and devilishly savory, supported by soft tannins and subtle oak that adds complexity without overwhelming the fruit. A meticulously crafted wine that’s already a delight to drink.” (Le Guide Hachette 2027)

About the wine:

Made from the estate’s oldest vines, this exemplary Costières underwent twelve months of meticulous aging in a combination of barrels, large oak casks, and stoneware jars. A meticulously crafted wine that’s already a delight to drink.

About the estate:

Overlooking the Petite Camargue and its lagoons, this 30-hectare vineyard—a single contiguous plot—surrounds a 17th-century sheepfold that was renovated by the previous owners. Jean-Pierre and Virginie Ferraud moved there in 2021, modernizing the winery, diversifying the grape varieties with Sangiovese, Separavi, and Sauvignon, and beginning the conversion of the vineyards to organic farming (which has now been completed).
