François Collard is a regular in the Guide, with his wines often ranking very highly. Established in 1994, he began bottling wines from the family vineyards (65 hectares certified organic since 2014) under two labels: Mourgues du Grès, which belonged to the Ursuline Convent of Beaucaire until the Revolution, and La Tour de Béraud, named after a 14th-century watchtower Never short on ideas, the Collards invite visitors to discover all facets of the estate via a marked trail equipped with Bluetooth markers.

The nose offers lively notes of ripe apples, dried pears, and sweet spices; the palate is medium-bodied. Fruity with moderate acidity, a smooth texture, and more pear on the finish. Made from biodynamically grown grapes certified by Demeter. Ready to drink now.
