Domaine Jasmin
Winemakers from father to son for four generations, Patrick Jasmin has been working at the family estate since 1978.
Today, Domaine Jasmin covers six hectares, mainly planted with Côte-Rôtie (5.5 hectares). This vineyard is divided into 11 plots located in eight different areas, on south-southeast facing slopes: Côte Blonde, Le Mollard, Baleyat, Le Truchet, Les Moutonnes, Côte Baudin, Les Bercheries, and Les Lézardes. The slope is steep, making the work in the vineyard exclusively manual and difficult.
Domaine Jasmin now produces two Côte-Rôtie vintages: La Giroflarie and Oléa (a top-of-the-range wine produced in limited quantities).
