Domaine Jasmin
With a winemaking tradition spanning four generations, Patrick Jasmin has been working at the family estate since 1978.
Today, Domaine Jasmin spans 6 hectares, primarily planted with Côte-Rôtie (5.5 hectares). This vineyard is divided into 11 plots located across 8 lieux-dits, on south-southeast-facing slopes: Côte Blonde, Le Mollard, Baleyat, Le Truchet, Les Moutonnes, Côte Baudin, Les Bercheries, and Les Lézardes. The slopes are steep, making vineyard work exclusively manual and difficult.
Domaine Jasmin now produces two Côte-Rôtie cuvées: La Giroflarie and Oléa (a top cuvée produced in limited quantities).
