"Pure happiness!"

"Made equally from Viognier, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc, this white wine is captivating from start to finish, winning you over from the very first sip with its original and delicate bouquet of marzipan and wild herbs (fennel, savory), and that wins you over completely with its relaxed and very balanced palate, displaying richness, perfectly balanced liveliness, and subtle notes of white peach.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026)

About the wine:

Made from equal parts Viognier, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc, this white wine is captivating from start to finish, charming the palate from the very first sip with its original and delicate bouquet of marzipan and wild herbs (fennel, savory), and fully wins you over with its relaxed and very balanced palate, displaying richness, perfectly balanced liveliness, and subtle notes of white peach.

About the estate:

Located at the foot of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce sanctuary in Rochefort-du-Gard, not far from the ancient marshes drained by monks in the Middle Ages, this estate—founded in 1994 through the merger of three small vineyards—has consistently delivered high-quality wines. Taking over from their parents Jean-Pierre and Dominique, Romain Dubois and his wife Laure, now the sole owners of the estate, have built a new cellar and converted the 20 hectares of vineyards to organic farming. A (very) safe bet.
