Domaine Sainte-Anne

The Sainte-Anne estate, a former priory of the Chartreuse de la Valbonne, was acquired in 1965 by Guy and Anne Steinmaier, a couple from Burgundy who came from a family of winemakers. The Sainte-Anne estate covers 35 hectares within the Côtes du Rhône Villages Saint-Gervais appellation. The Sainte-Anne vineyard is situated on a plateau at an altitude of 200 meters, facing southwest toward the Cévennes, a region known for its exceptional terroir composed of limestone sandstone, swept by the Mistral wind. Thanks to this microclimate and significant temperature variations, the wines of Sainte-Anne have a refined and aromatic profile.
