Domaine Gilles Robin
Domaine Gilles Robin has been a family-owned estate since 1920. Four generations have succeeded one another in their quest to bring out the best in Syrah. The 18-hectare vineyard spans two appellations: Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph. It is managed using sustainable farming practices (currently in the process of converting to organic farming), and a rigorous plot-by-plot selection process is followed.
Vinification is traditional, and the wines of Domaine Gilles Robin are aged in demi-muids.
The goal of Domaine Gilles Robin is to bring out the full potential of each terroir through winemaking, and of each cuvée through blending.
