A tasting of this rather uninspiring Crozes-Hermitage, which seems to have no other ambition than to be fresh and fruity, with a light structure and a smooth texture leading to a brief, slightly tense finish. On the surface, the goal of the short aging in stainless steel tanks has been achieved, but at a high cost. By comparison, the Les Jalets from JABOULET and, even more so, the Laurent from COMBIER are a cut above. A spring wine to be enjoyed quickly and casually with burgers, pizza, or grilled merguez sausages. Rating = 3.4.
