This is yet another beautiful wine from Xavier, brimming with blackberries, spices, dried Provençal herbs, and notes of loamy soil. Muscardin and Picpoul Noir vinified and aged in untoasted barrels. Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah co-fermented in concrete tanks.

Livestock Farming

Aged in truncated-cone wooden vats. Some barrels were submerged in the wine for more than 12 months to prevent any oxidation of the pure Grenache wines.
