“After spending just under ten months in the tank, this pure Chardonnay boasts a lovely, clear, and brilliant color and displays an expressive nose of white flowers, lemon, and butter, with hints of iodine. On the palate, it is full-bodied and silky, revealing great finesse and remarkable length, with notes of citrus and minerality. ” (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2017)

About the estate:

Renaud de Roux, who has been at the helm of this historic 95-hectare vineyard since 1968—its origins date back to the 17th century—has been cultivating his vines organically since 1983. He was a pioneer of this farming method in the region.
