On the palate, it is full-bodied and silky, revealing great finesse and remarkable length, with notes of citrus and minerality.

About the estate:

Renaud de Roux, who has been at the helm of this historic 95-hectare vineyard since 1968—records of which date back to the 17th century—has been cultivating his vines organically since 1983. He was a pioneer of this farming method in the region.
