About the estate:

This Châteauneuf-du-Pape-based winery has been brilliantly revived by Samuel Montgermont and the Picard family. Drawing on its own vineyards (including 12 hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape) and partnerships with some thirty winemakers, it produces very consistent, full-bodied, and expressive wines, all of which are highly representative of their respective appellations.

A Castelpapale-based wine merchant founded in 1977 by Camille Serres and taken over in 2001 by Michel Picard, an investor in numerous wine-growing regions—as far afield as Ontario.
