This cuvée is a blend of two parcels located in Chavanay. • Les Éguets: 30-year-old Syrah vines on muscovite granite, hard soil with large crystals. • Les Vessettes: 40-year-old Syrah vines on gneiss, a softer terroir. The wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed immediately. The must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is bottled after 12 months of aging. The wine is ready to drink after 12 months of aging.

Parcel-by-parcel, in 30-hectoliter temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with regular gentle pumping over. Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts.
