Guy Farge - St-Joseph Gourmandise 2012
This Saint-Joseph, initially closed, opens up to the air with a rich and delicious expression, where floral and mature notes mingle with a spicy freshness: peony, cherry and grapes in alcohol, paprika and chocolate, tobacco. The palate is warm, developing its fleshiness and indulgent side with a solid texture where the tannins are both robust and polished. A very fine piece of work!

About the estate:
We often prefer reds to whites, which are often heavy and lack freshness.
