“A refined, charming, and textured red wine, full of verve and precision. The nose offers wild berries, cherries, herbs, and mineral notes, followed by a medium-bodied palate with finely grained tannins. The texture is silky, reminiscent of cashmere, with succulent and vibrant fruit on the palate. Lively and balanced, with a long, peppery finish.” (James Suckling 2024)

Bettane & Desseauve
Wine rated (2026 guide) 90/100
Rated estate (2026 guide) 1*Star (A high-quality, recommendable wine that lives up to what one would expect from its appellation(s))
About the estate:
Within the Parcé family, Augustin, working independently of the family’s other businesses, decided to develop his own estate, comprising 10 hectares in the Collioure-Banyuls appellation. Always cheerful, he offers a take on the terroirs that reflects his own personality, while also demonstrating a strong command of modern communication tools. Wines focused on immediate enjoyment at the glass, though the unique characteristics of the soil are not overlooked.
Guide Hachette des vins
Wine rated (2026 guide) 2* Stars (Outstanding wine)
About the wine:
With a deep ruby color and violet hues, this wine—made from Grenache (80%) and Carignan—immediately captivates with the intensity of its color. The nose, subtle and complex, opens with notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant, and wild berries, enriched with hints of cocoa and kirsch. The palate, full-bodied and rich, reveals a refined, toasty character. The tannins, fine yet assertive, elegantly structure the wine. A perfect pairing with a spiced lamb tagine.

Rated wine (2025 guide) 90/100 (Excellent wine)
About the wine:
Made primarily from Grenache Noir, with Mourvèdre and Carignan, the 2022 Alix Parcé offers an enticing, rich bouquet of black berries, flowers, and black cherries. Moderately full-bodied and round, it is fresh and delicate, with a juicy, fruity core that leads to a long, enticing finish. Smoother than the 2021, this is a no-frills Collioure.
