About the estate:
Véronique Boudau and her brother Pierre have been running the family estate since 1993. They decided to breathe new life into the property, which covers some 50 hectares of excellent terroir at the entrance to the Agly Valley. Their gamble paid off: the entire production is bottled and sold, mainly through a network of restaurants and wine merchants. A safe bet, which has committed to converting its vineyard to organic farming. Véronique's daughter has just joined the adventure.

Wine rated (2024 guide) 90/100
About wine:
Crushed raspberries and ripe black fruits characterize this wine made from Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Grenache grapes grown on limestone soils. It is fairly dense without being overly compact or tight. Beautiful fruit density, with depth, it will develop and gain even more elegance. It already has a lot of charm and a lovely persistence. (RVF magazine no. 682, Tour de France, July-August 2024)

Andreas Larsson
Wine rated (2024 guide) 93/100
Rated domain Recommended
About wine:
The heart and hue are a deep, brilliant purple. Pure and fragrant with notes of blackcurrant, cherry, lavender, and garrigue. The palate is dense with a good degree of freshness and ripe tannins, digestible flavors of black fruit with garrigue, mint, and tobacco leading to a long, fleshy finish.
