Domaine Boudau

Domaine Boudau, located in the Agly Valley, is run by the fourth generation of the Boudau family: Pierre and Véronique. The siblings, who have been at the helm of the estate since 1993, have shifted production from a focus on Vins Doux Naturels to dry wines and have worked to highlight the potential of their terroirs. Domaine Boudau has been organic since the 2020 vintage.

  Domaine Boudau is divided into two estates: Le Clos and Les Terrasses. Le Clos is located in the foothills of the Corbières and spans 23 contiguous hectares of clay-limestone soil. The main grape varieties are Grenache and Syrah.Les Terrasses, a 27-hectare estate, is situated on the Baixas plateau, resting on a Quaternary clay-limestone terrace. Black Grenache is the dominant variety here as well, complemented by Malvoisie, Maccabeu, White Grenache, and Vermentino.
