This red Côtes du Roussillon opens with notes of spicy red fruit. More southern in character than previous vintages, its balance is achieved through the blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Syrah. The palate is opulent with lovely intensity and delicate notes of coffee, finishing with a peppery aftertaste. A lovely wine to share with a nice cut of red meat!
