This red Côtes du Roussillon opens with notes of spicy red fruits. More southern in character than previous vintages, its balance comes from the Grenache-Mourvèdre-Carignan-Syrah blend. The palate is opulent, with lovely intensity and delicate notes of coffee, finishing with a peppery aftertaste. A lovely wine to enjoy with a nice cut of red meat!
