About the estate:
"This estate, which pioneered quality in the region, has returned to the highest level under the leadership of Jérôme Malet, with a refined and balanced style. Today, it is the estate that produces the most elegant wines in Roussillon, both dry and sweet. The prestigious Terroir Mailloles cuvée, never excessive but the most oaked of all, displays beautiful depth and a refined texture in both white and red. This harmony is also found in the Rivesaltes, both in vintage and long-aged wines.
The wines: The 2005Terroir Mailloles white is still marked by its aging, with subtle buttery notes, but with great potential; it needs another good year to develop. Among the reds, this cuvée remains the estate’s finest. A delicious Muscat de Rivesaltes, full of fruit and perfectly balanced, while the 2005 La Carbasse is in the vein of the great vintages.”
