Deep red in color, with a lovely velvety texture that glides across the palate, well-integrated tannins, and a flavor profile typical of southern wines—quite spicy, with fruit that isn’t very prominent. Excellent value for the price. The only slight drawback is a hint of sweetness on the finish.
