“A certified organic blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah, this 2018 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel Cabrils had not yet been bottled at the time of the tasting, so the cooperative sent a sample drawn directly from the tank (straight from the tank). Aromas of raspberries, violets, and black cherries emerge on the nose, while the medium- to full-bodied palate features firm yet refined tannins that should allow this wine to age for 5 to 6 years.
