The nose is complex, with aromas of ripe, crunchy red fruit, herbaceous touches and hints of blackberry, raspberry coulis and morello cherry, with a fine woodiness. Dense and racy, the palate is powerful but not heavy, with good amplitude, present tannins and exceptional grain, for a racy, smoky finish. Let yourself be tempted!

About the domain :
Hervé Bizeul, winegrower and rebel writer, has little to prove: his estate is one of the Roussillon's elite. But that doesn't stop him from continually challenging himself, breaking new ground, innovating, thinking outside the box and creating new cuvées. A case in point is his pinot noir, which has come out of nowhere to bravely withstand the rigors of the Agly valley's sun and tramontana winds. Here, each cuvée has its own personality, sometimes uncompromising, in the image of its winemaker. From no less than 7 different terroirs comes a serious and diversified interpretation of Roussillon.
