"A bewitching cuvée of rosé!

L'Apprentie Sorcière comes from old Carignan vines combined with young Grenache Noir vines. A bright, clear wine, its nose is perfumed with red fruit, pink grapefruit and lychee. Round, unctuous and fat on the palate, with a spicy, taut finish. Fresh and thirst-quenching!

3*Star rating (High-quality production, a benchmark in its sector)

About the domain :

Hervé Bizeul, winegrower and rebel writer, has little to prove: his estate is one of the Roussillon's elite. But that doesn't stop him from continually challenging himself, breaking new ground, innovating, thinking outside the box and creating new cuvées. A case in point is his pinot noir, which has come out of nowhere to bravely withstand the rigors of the Agly valley's sun and tramontana winds. Here, each cuvée has its own personality, sometimes uncompromising, in the image of its winemaker. From no less than 7 different terroirs comes a serious and diversified interpretation of Roussillon. A model of its kind.
