The wines: The 2005Terroir Mailloles white is still marked by its aging, with subtle buttery notes, but it has great potential; it should be cellared for at least another year. As for the reds, this cuvée remains the estate’s finest. A delicious Muscat de Rivesaltes, full of fruit and perfectly balanced, while the 2005 La Carbasse is in the vein of the great vintages.”
